Mark Beausoleil is Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking. He is responsible for the oversight of all customer sales and service touch points within the company’s five state branch network which includes 226 plus branches with over $62 billion in assets.

Mark specializes in Retail Banking with a strong focus on Sales execution and Service delivery. His primary focus is on enhancing the customer experience by viewing service delivery through the lens of the customer and building strong and trusted client relationships. He works closely with Valley Divisional leadership throughout New York, New Jersey, Alabama, and Florida to ensure an amazing experience. Mark has spoken on the subjects of Retail Banking and sales and service management at various banking conferences and has been spotlighted in publications such as the Daily Business Review and Customer Strategist, the Executive Journal by Peppers and Rogers Group.

Prior to joining Valley, Mark worked at AmTrust Bank as National Director of Retail Banking Sales and Service, which became a division of New York Community Bank in 2009. His banking background also includes executive positions at Wachovia Bank, Republic Security Bank, and First Bank of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bankers Association.

Mark resides in Palm Beach County and is very active in the South Florida community serving as a Board

Member for the Miami Rescue Mission, Chairman of the Board of C.A.R.E Elementary School, Board Treasurer for Brooke USA and Board Member of Kids Beating Cancer.
