Meredith Tucker, CPA, is a principal at Kaufman Rossin and leads the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services group. With over 20 years of experience, she provides accounting, tax, and consulting services to dynamic companies and their owners across various industries such as healthcare, professional services, construction and technology.

Meredith collaborates with entrepreneurs to successfully run their businesses in all phases of growth through minimizing taxes, streamlining accounting procedures, analyzing operations, and achieving greater efficiency and profitability. Meredith and her team also support entrepreneurs with complex local, state, federal, and international tax returns and issuing financial statements so business owners can keep their focus on what they do best.

Meredith’s expertise includes tax planning, financial reporting and analysis, and complex federal and multi-state tax compliance. Meredith has been featured in national outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, and Bloomberg for her insights on tax matters.

 Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Beyond her professional work, Meredith serves on the board of directors for Trustbridge Hospice Foundations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She is also a member of Kaufman Rossin’s Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council.
