Sheila Zietz is the General Counsel for TouchSuite, a Boca Raton-based payment processing company that is revolutionizing the way commerce is transacted. A member of the Florida, New York and New Jersey Bars, Sheila is responsible for managing TouchSuite’s legal matters, including but not limited to advising executive, senior management and board on legal rights and new and existing laws, examining and creating draft agreements, preserving all corporate records, handling statutory filings, and promulgating and creating directives of corporate acts and decisions.

Sheila graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her bachelors degree in International Business. From there, Sheila received her J.D. and graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to TouchSuite, Sheila worked in New York City doing landlord/tenant litigation and real estate law for 5 years. Since 2003, Sheila has worked as the in-house counsel for Touchsuite and its related entities. Sheila is also the mother of three children, and currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
